Traffic Engineering Applied for MRT Entrance and CT/VT Works

The construction of Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) along Jalan Sudirman keeps accelerated. The project on construction area of Senayan, Istora, Bendungan Hilir and Setiabudi now enters entrance and Cooling Tower/Ventilation Tower (CT/VT) works.
It will run on eastern side of Senayan Station
The project runs along Jalan Sudirman sidewalk.
“It will run on eastern side of Senayan Station,” said MRT director, Dono Bustami, Wednesday (6/22).
MRT Land Buying Process Accelerated This YearThe works movement will run on June 25, 2016 up to early July 2017. Works at Istora Station is at western side of the station. It will run in mid August 2016 up to early October 2017.
Works in Setiabudi Station is at eastern side of the station. It will run in mid August 2016 up to end of July 2017. Works in Bendungan Hilir Station is at western side of the station. It will run in early September 2016 up to August 2017.
Traffic lane for Bendungan Hilir and Setiabudi station fast lane will be eliminated from two into one lane.
“Previous lanes were one busway, three fast lanes, and two slow lanes. Now are one busway, two fast lanes and two slow lanes,” he closed.
